Finding Higher Ground

In this unusual political climate, and with the turbulent waters of a pandemic to navigate, it’s essential to our well being that we find higher ground.  There’s a relevant Albert Einstein quote that says, “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.”

So what does this mean?  In order to find Peace, we must elevate.  Rise to a higher altitude.

Please join The Wilton Woman’s Club for a special evening that is centered around You returning to the center of your Peace, and gaining a sense of higher altitude in the challenges of your life.

We will be guided by Wilton Licensed Psychotherapist, Chausey Leebron, who specializes in Spiritual Psychology.

In preparation for this evening she invites us to find a quiet and private spot in our home, dim the lights, light a candle, and grab a pen and a journal.

She asks us to consider the question, “If this hour were to be wildly successful for me, how would I know?”  If you want to maximize your experience, she encourages us to write down the answer (in present tense) before our gathering.

Some answers may sound like, “I am leaving that hour feeling peaceful, centered, and reconnected to the Divine.”  Others may be worded more specifically as, “I have gained clarity on that issue I’ve been struggling with,” or more broadly, “I am feeling Joyful and Re-energized.”

Chausey will lead us on a guided meditation, teach some skills based on the principals of Spiritual Psychology, and take our questions on how to process any challenges we may be facing.  To learn more about Chausey, please visit her website at chauseyleebron.com
